Screw threads are a type of PDO (polydioxanone) thread used in non-surgical cosmetic procedures to enhance skin volume and stimulate collagen production. Unlike mono threads, screw threads are twisted around the needle—either as a single or double thread—creating a helical structure that provides more tension and lifting capacity.
